If you take your average hero, with all the qualitys of Hercules and give him the force then put him against a copy of himself that doesn't have the force, then yes force users will be stronger. However, that is why non force users try to specialize or master a specific field. now lets do this, take lets say, a swords master/samurai that has broken the limits of his "art" and put him against a force user. This force user may have trouble dealing with him simply because force users have to spend time dwelling and learning in the force. While they study the force for the 30 years it takes to master it(there are special cases, which tor/kotor likes to add in), the samurai master has devoted his whole life to one thing. While this whole argument could be thrown out, it is still there and still a factor in how non force users can become just as powerful as force users. One more thing, If force users are truly more powerful that nonforce users why don't any of them just choke or permanently paralyze their non force using opponent? There are limits to what the force can do. Just my opinion. However I agree, force users on occasion should and are more powerful than those without it. Mandalorian vs Jedi for example.
