STARLIGHT Echoes of the Jedi Academy (Episode 6) PART 1

Fyria could see angry and scared pack of kath hounds running away from something, they appear to be hostile, and there is blaster fire in distance. The cathar can signal the captain to hide from the kath hounds.

Captain's Options:

1. [Stealth 12 DC] Everyone take cover.
2. Kill the beasts!
3. Free RP.

Barracudas tries to move into cover without alerting the creatures.

Fyra uses the Force to to manipulate light and sound waves to camouflage herself with the same colors as the surroundings around her, to the point when she becomes invisible to naked eye.

Marinez takes cover as soon as he saw Ceviran hand signal

Blood'Gunner follows behind Marinez into cover too

Rolling Stealth for Marinez and Blood'Gunner and Force Cloak for Ceviran.

The animals did not notice the crew, they escaped, obviously chased down by some armed people. Few of them are using guns but there are two in dark robes and red lightsabers, and masks that cover their face.

Cultist 1: "This should keep the beasts away."
Cultist 2: "Good. Now Tari can meditate without interruption and lift those heavy walls that block the entrance to the Jedi Academy."
Cultist 1: "Malak had no mercy against these jedi when he turned the academy into the ruins, it was a stupid move, there is power here to be collected, I can sense it in the air."
Cultist 2: "For 300 years men did not set foot here, the wilds began to conquer these ruins, kath hounds were just the surface threat. Who knows what creatures are inside the academy itself."

Those masks seem familiar to those of the Jedi Order who studied the history. Suddenly a flashback comes to Barracudas and Fyria:

Dread Master Brontes: "Persistent to the end. You will be perfect addition to my team, I may not even need Revan to ... "side" with me."
Jedi Master Lin'drala: "After all the pain and suffering you have brought, I will never serve you, I highly doubt that  Revan would follow one such as you even if he did stray from the path of light."

Marinez targets Cultist 1 and gives a volley of bolts

Waiting for beasts to run away was wise, now the group deals only with the present cultists. They were attacked by the crew before they returned to regroup with Tari. This is strategically benefiting the Vigilance Beacon crew from being outnumbered. The present cultist were surprised by the attack of republic soldiers. They activate lightsabers and one of them opens fire.
Cultist1: "Republic scum is here! Kill them!"

Cultist1 and Cultist attack Marinez, and Cultist2 attacks Blood'Gunner.
